Monday

– Running 1830-1930 (Cowherds)

Tuesday

– Spinning 1845-1945 (sign up Sunday 1900) £1
– Coached Swim 2000-2100

Wednesday
– Running Technique and Track Session (Southampton Athletics Track) 1400 – 1500**
– Group Ride 1400 – 1600 (check Facebook group for details)
– Club Social Night (check Facebook group for details)

Thursday

– Hurt box sessions available for sign up

Friday

– Coached Swim 2000-2100

Saturday

– Park Run 0900 (Southampton Common)

Sunday

– Group Ride (see Facebook group for details)

Please note Sport and Wellbeing membership is also required for access to the swimming pool and Spinning room
