2016 Training Schedule (All sessions at jubilee sport centre unless stated):

Monday

– Running 1830-1930 (Cowherds)

Tuesday

– Spinning 1845-1945 (sign up Sunday 1900) £1
– Coached Swim 2000-2100

Wednesday

– Strength and Conditioning 0700-0800 (Cross Fit Solent SO15 1GZ) (sign up Friday 1800) £2**
– Running Technique and Track Session (Southampton Athletics Track) 1400 – 1500**
– Group Ride 1400 – 1600 (check Facebook group for details)
– Club Social Night (check Facebook group for details)

Thursday

– Spinning 1900-2000 (sign up Sunday 1900) £1 (This session will hopefully be changed to a turbo session sometime this term…SUSU still need to get their bums into gear and give us funding for the turbo’s!!)

Friday

– Coached Swim 2000-2100

Saturday

– Park Run 0900 (Southampton Common)

Sunday

– Group Ride (see Facebook group for details)

** These sessions will commence 3rd February

Please note Sport and Wellbeing membership is also required for access to the swimming pool
